Comments about Clyde River Cottages and Campground

We spent two nice days here-running back and forth to Port Clyde Fire Hall for a bluegrass charity weekend.What a delightful place this is!Being that it is the Thanksgiving weekend,it was appropriate to see wild turkeys running around the property.There aren't too many places that can compare with this spot.Absolutely nothing to complain about.

This is a beautiful place to visit.We enjoyed the trail and took a drive farther up the road and saw a deer, porcupine, squirrel and a rabbit.Not much fish in the river though. The cabin itself was outstanding.I don't think I've ever seen a place so clean.Very comfortable and everything a person would need within reach. Very,very quiet and cozy. We definitely will refer this place and return ourselves in the future. Thanks so much.

We found this gem five years ago and finally had the chance to come back. We decided to do a family weekend with my husband's family. They were so pleased with the place that they want to come back next year for a week. I'll also be inviting my family to come and stay. The cabins are so clean you can eat off the floor and each cabin is unique. We really enjoyed all the play areas for the children (young and old alike). Hospitality is wonderful and the children really enjoyed the hay ride. See you next year, I'll be booking the cabins early as there will be more than 17 of us next time.

What an amazing place.It's like it's own community with everything you need.Such beautiful grounds and wonderful hosts,should be truly appreciated.
